Congratulations! You've done it!
Now, what better way to celebrate than a good old family feed. We've come up with a menu just that bit special to help mark the occasion. 3 courses for £20 per person and of course a glass of prosseco is included to kick start the celebrations.
Starters
- Wild mushroom & peppercorn hotpot served in a hollowed roll
- Goats cheese tart s/w crisp watercress & raspberry vinaigrette
- Haggis bonbons served w/ laphroaig jus
Mains
- Pan seared sea bass on pearl barley risotto w/ chive beurre blanc
- Moroccan lamb shank tagine w/ flatbread & couscous
- Chargrilled artichoke & stilton tart w/ watercress and aged balsamic
Desserts
- Chocolate orange cheesecake w/ chantilly cream
- Selection of Scottish cheese & biscuits
- Honeycomb panna cotta w/ disaronno
